Nelson Saraiva

Nelson Saraiva has a diverse work history spanning several roles and industries. Nelson is currently working at Inmetrics as a Senior Software Engineering Analyst, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Provider IT & Business Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst from June 2020 to June 2021. Nelson also worked at MAG Insurance - Mongeral Aegon Group as a Senior Systems Analyst from June 2020 to June 2021, where they were responsible for .NET development and support for the Group Life Insurance System.

Before their time at Provider IT & Business Solutions and MAG Insurance, Nelson worked at Mundivox Communications for over 12 years, starting in 2007 as a Systems Specialist. Nelson'sresponsibilities included developing systems and applications for the company's intranet and creating addons for the ERP system using various programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, and classic ASP.

Prior to their employment at Mundivox Communications, Nelson worked as an Instructor at Mr. Byte Informatics from October 2004 to August 2007. Nelson also has experience working as a Web Developer at Portal K2 from June 2002 to February 2003.

Nelson's career began in 2001 as a Web Developer at Ilearn Education and Informatics, where they developed websites using classic ASP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Nelson also utilized tools such as DreamWeaver, Fireworks, and Flash, and implemented ActionScript. Notably, they created a "Google Maps" of Ilha do Governador in Flash.

Prior to their career in the private sector, Nelson served in the Air Force University (UNIFA) as a 1st Class Soldier from August 1993 to August 1999.

Nelson Saraiva's education history includes a Graduation degree in Analysis and Systems Development from Anhanguera Educacional, which they completed from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained another Graduation degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário UniCarioca, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.

In August 2022, they completed the certification program "Construa sua própria DAO apenas com JavaScript" from WEB3DEV and the "Programa de formação Dev Flutter (do básico ao avançado)" from Inmetrics. Additionally, in March 2022, they obtained certifications in "Git e Github: Controle e compartilhe seu código" and "Git e Github: estratégias de ramificação, Conflitos e Pull Requests" from Alura. Nelson also received training in "Treinamento - Geração de Valor para o Cliente através do Mindset Lean" from Inmetrics in February 2022, "Treinamento - Soft Skills" from Inmetrics in January 2022, and "Treinamento - Workflow ágil com Jira" from Inmetrics in January 2022. Nelson obtained a "Curso básico de introdução ao MongoDB" certification from Neon in December 2021 and a "Treinamento básico do Squad TDP: Conhecendo a Blockchain" certification from Neon in December 2021. In September 2021, they completed the certification for "Introdução ao Lean IT" from Inmetrics. Earlier in 2021, they obtained the certification for "Getting Started with .NET on AWS" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August and the certification for "Treinamento em testes de acessibilidade & Cypress" from Inmetrics in July.
