Jake Carter

Jake Carter is an experienced product design professional currently serving as Director of Product Design at InMoment since July 2024, leading the Product Design organization following the acquisition of ReviewTrackers. Prior to this role, Jake held positions at ReviewTrackers where responsibilities included building a design culture and leading the design of a market-requested survey tool. Other significant roles include instructing user experience design at 2U and V School, and key design positions at Willis Towers Watson and DORSETT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Jake has a strong foundation in user experience, coaching, and facilitating collaboration across teams, complemented by educational backgrounds at Utah State University and Weber State University.
