Andrew Odish

Andrew Odish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew currently works as an Area Manager at InMotion Entertainment Group, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Special Constable at Essex Police starting from 2021, where they volunteered as a Police Officer for a minimum of 16 hours per month, utilizing their retail, business, and local knowledge to support the officers.

From 2017 to 2022, Andrew held various roles at McColl's Retail Group, including Online Operations Manager, Group Operations Manager, and Area Manager. Andrew was responsible for managing online fulfillment, doubling the Uber store estate, leading Store Managers, overseeing multiple store formats, and handling a significant turnover and headcount.

In 2016, Andrew worked as a Deputy Manager at B&Q.
