Edward Newman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Management Services, Inc., for which he is a stockholder and has been affiliated with the company for more than 25 years. Edward has an extensive background in all aspects of the multifamily housing industry, including project-based, federally-assisted Section 8 and Tax-Credit programs, as well as conventional market properties.
He is a graduate of Ohio State University, is a licensed realtor with a Certified Property Manager designation, and is a member of the Akron-Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. He has been active for many years in the non-profit community, including currently serving on the Board of Trustees of the Stephen A. Comunale Jr. Family Cancer Foundation and as a member of the Development Committee at Old Trail School.

Through evidenced-based exercise, expressive therapies, support, and education, their holistic integrated approach has proven to enhance both mind and body. Their data show that, in aggregate, people who participate regularly in their exercise programs can slow the progression of their disease.
