Wendy Voelker joined InMotion in 2021 as Development Director and became its Chief Development Officer in 2023. Prior to joining the InMotion team, Wendy worked for Hattie Larlham, a nonprofit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, first as Events Manager and then as Development Officer.
Wendy has an extensive background in producing successful fundraising events and campaigns, and enjoys creating beneficial partnerships with donors, corporations, and volunteers. Wendy was born and raised in New York State, and she and her husband Bob moved to Ohio in 2013.

InMotion is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their care partners. Through evidenced-based exercise, expressive therapies, support, and education, their holistic integrated approach has proven to enhance both mind and body. Their data show that, in aggregate, people who participate regularly in their exercise programs can slow the progression of their disease.
