Douglas Thede

Douglas Thede has extensive experience in executive and financial roles. Douglas began their career in 1991 as a Senior, Tax at KPMG. Douglas then moved to Ernst & Young in 1994, where they were a Senior Manager, Tax. In 2001, they became the Director, Tax Planning at Cincinnati Bell. In 2003, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager, Tax. In 2005, they moved to Convergys Corporation as Senior Director, Tax. In 2008, they joined MicroStrategy as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Tax. In 2015, they became Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Financial Officer at SiteHawk. In 2019, they became an Executive Consultant for Self-Employed. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Lytho.

Douglas Thede obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University between 1987 and 1991.
