Hannah Winingar

Hannah Winingar has worked in various roles since 2007. Her most recent job is as a Product Support Specialist at Lytho, which they started in 2022. From 2018-2022, they worked at Facilisgroup as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist and Partner Support Specialist. Her role as Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist included providing customer service and technical support, identifying and implementing solutions to customer challenges, and responding to customer tickets. As Partner Support Specialist, they were the primary interface and resource for end users and responsible for effective problem solving. From 2017-2018, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Fox C6 School District, where they followed substitute lesson plans, met and instructed assigned classes, and developed and maintained a classroom environment conducive to effective learning. From 2015-2017, they were a Science Teacher at Dunklin School District R-5, where they identified and monitored students performing at or below average and provided remediation and accommodations accordingly. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Paraprofessional at Dunklin School District R-5, where they supported teachers in controlling behavioral and emotional occurrences, reinforced learning by working with individuals or small groups, and provided support and accommodations to students according to their IEP or 504 plan. From 2007-2014, they worked as a Membership Sales Associate at YMCA OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, where they entered membership and program registration data into operating system (Daxko), greeted and engaged with members, processed all Daxko transactions with accuracy, and participated and recruited participants for member challenges.

Hannah Winingar attended Jefferson College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associates of Arts-Education. Hannah then attended Southeast Missouri State University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Middle School Education with a focus on Science and Social Studies.
