Katelyn Turner has held a variety of roles within the customer success and operations departments of three different companies. In 2022, they began their role as a Customer Experience Operations Analyst at Lytho, where they are responsible for Gainsight administration, managing special projects in Onboarding, Adoption, and Support departments of CX, CS Enablement (process upkeep, evaluation, and training), reporting, digital touch strategies, customer journey mapping, maintaining cross-departmental relationships, and assessing customer maturity. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Restaurant365 in multiple roles, including Customer Success Engineer Operations, Implementation Project Manager, Operations Engineer, Implementation Project Manager and Data Analyst Team Lead, and Implementation Project Manager. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they were a FOH Manager and FOH Supervisor at Flix Entertainment, Flix Brewhouse, and Cinema Breweries, where they were part of a team of restaurant managers with a staff of 200+ at a 40,000 square foot Dine-In Cinema Brewery. In these roles, they were responsible for hiring, labor cost/scheduling, inventory, performance reviews, customer and employee satisfaction, and studio regulation adherence.

Katelyn Turner attended Texas State University from 2011 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology. In June 2022, they obtained a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight.
