Abu Saquib Tauheed

Abu Saquib Tauheed has a wealth of experience in design and engineering. Abu Saquib began their career in 2009 as a Design Engineer at Harmony System. In 2010, they moved to Samtel Engg Services as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for new product design and development, 2D to 3D conversion, and assembling and preparing layouts. In 2011, they were a Design Engineer at Paul Wurth, where they were responsible for the design, development, and modification of static mechanical equipment. In 2012, they joined Stryker as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for medical product design and engineering of implants and instruments, product life-cycle management, NPDP documentation, design failure mode analysis, critical to quality attributes, risk assessment, and design history file management. In 2016, they became a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at AlFahd Maghayer, where they were responsible for developing multilayer pipes and fittings and centrally monitored multilayer tanks with wireless sensors. In 2017, they simultaneously held roles at InnAccel as Director Design and Manufacturing, Engineering Program Manager, and Lead System Engineer, as well as a Lemelson Invention Fellow at The Lemelson Foundation. In 2019, they founded Medtive, a Bangalore based MedTech startup.

Abu Saquib Tauheed's education history includes completing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Technology from 2005 to 2009, an Associate's Degree in Certificate in Paper Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engg. & Tech., Longowal from 2001 to 2003, and a 10th standard from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2001.
