Shawn Springs

Shawn Springs is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both the sports and technology sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Windpact since 2011, Springs drives innovation in materials data and technology using advanced engineering methods. Additionally, Springs is the Founder and Director of Strategic Partnerships at InnateIQ, a Senior Advisor at Novus Intelligence, LLC, and a Strategic Advisor at Cerebro NeuroTech, focusing on impact protection technologies. As a former professional NFL player for the Washington Redskins and New England Patriots, Springs earned accolades for unique achievements on the field, including a historic performance in interceptions and sacks. Springs is also involved with various organizations as a board member and advisor and has a commitment to community service, having founded the Springs For Life Foundation to support at-risk youth. Educationally, Springs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University and has pursued further education at the University of Washington.
