Daniel Carter

Dan Carter is the Co-Founder of Innential, a company that helps build long-term learning cultures. Prior to this role, Dan was the Head of Business Development & Strategy at 1aim, where Dan sourced and managed complex solution engagements. Dan also founded u·hoo, a B2B2C platform for cafes and bars. As a Creative Solutions Consultant, Dan designed services for a major hospital group. In their previous roles, Dan worked as a Private Financial Advisor, Associate at J.P. Morgan, and Business Development Manager at Wholesale Heating Supply. Dan also tutored undergraduate students in Intermediate Macroeconomics. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College.
