Delilah D'Souza has a diverse range of work experience. Delilah started their career as a Marketing Intern at SEAL PROFESSIONAL by Bayside Media Pvt. Ltd. in 2020. Delilah then moved on to Mysa Magazine, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern, leading a team of interns in various specializations and implementing training and development activities. In 2021, Delilah joined Happiest Minds Technologies as a Marketing Intern, where they received training on SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, and design. Delilah updated the company's website through WordPress and created social media banners for networking platforms. Delilah's next role was at Lynk, where they worked as an Analyst (Connections). Delilah also performed full-cycle recruiting and pitched Lynk's business model to bring new experts into the network. Currently, Delilah is working at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) as a B2B Operations & Account Management Associate, where they are responsible for managing accounts and operations.

Delilah D'Souza received their primary education from St John The Evangelist High School in India, completing their SSC in 2017. Following their secondary education, they attended Mithibai College from 2017 to 2019 and obtained their HSC degree in Commerce. Delilah then pursued higher education at St. Xavier's College from 2019 to 2022, where they earned their Bachelor of Management Studies degree. In addition to their formal education, they also received certifications, including a Grade 8 Electronic Keyboard- Level 3 Certificate in Graded Examination in Music Performance from Trinity College London in January 2020 and a Certificate Of Appreciation from Citizen Credit Co-operative Bank Ltd. in January 2018. Delilah also participated in a Business Simulation program at St. Xavier's College.
