SAMRIDHI PAHALWAN

Samridhi Pahalwan has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and research. SAMRIDHI is currently working as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) since April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from January to May 2023.

Samridhi has also worked as an M.Phil Trainee at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at Jawaharlal Nehru University from January 2020 to January 2021.

In terms of their research experience, Samridhi worked as a Market Researcher at Brandscapes Worldwide from December 2019 to January 2021. SAMRIDHI was responsible for handling qualitative projects and providing strategic planning to brands. SAMRIDHI also worked as a Research Assistant at Ambedkar University, Delhi, where they contributed to a project on studying the impact of protracted violence on adolescents in Kashmir.

Before delving into psychology, Samridhi started their career as a Counselling Psychologist at YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach, where they provided guidance on academic pressure and career-related issues. SAMRIDHI also worked as a Project/Research Assistant at Jawaharlal Nehru University, focusing on the publication of an academic journal on Korean Culture and Language. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Counsellor at SPYM.

Samridhi Pahalwan has a strong educational background in psychology. SAMRIDHI obtained their M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc in Counseling Psychology at Christ University, Bangalore from 2015 to 2017. Samridhi earned their B.A. (Hons.) degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Samridhi also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. SAMRIDHI completed a Psychological First Aid course from Coursera in May 2020. In January 2020, they achieved the UGC-NET certification from the University Grants Commission (UGC). Samridhi also completed a Reasoning, Data Analysis, and Writing Specialization course from Coursera in November 2016, and a Social Psychology course from Coursera in February 2014. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to lifelong learning and professional development in the field of psychology.
