Lauren Doko has over 25 years of experience in the professional world. In 1995, they began their career at Toyota Financial Services as a Management Trainee and Customer Accounts Representative, Senior & Credit Analyst. In 2001, they were promoted to Lease Services Manager / Product Administrator, Senior at Toyota Financial Services. In 2007, they became the Treasurer / Co-Leader at Holistic Moms Network. In 2010, they founded Soul Connection Media, where they offered publicity, marketing and business services to small business owners in various industries. In 2017, they began working at Innersense Organic Beauty as the Senior Director of PR and European Marketing, Senior Director of Marcom and Director of Marketing. In 2022, they began their current role as Communication and Partnerships at Innersense Organic Beauty.

Lauren Doko received their Business Administration degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and graduated from Granada High School.
