Justin M.

Justin M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Justin is currently working as a Lead Cloud Engineer at InnerSpace since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Apollo Technology Consulting Inc. from 2021 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for gathering technical requirements from customers, providing cloud infrastructure architectures, building proofs-of-concept for new technologies, and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD Pipelines solutions.

Before that, Justin worked as a DevOps Architect & Solution/Sales Engineer at CTO.ai from 2021 to 2022. Justin'sresponsibilities included engaging with customers to support the adoption of the SaaS platform, leading technical discovery sessions, creating and maintaining IaC and CI/CD code bases, and assisting with customer onboarding.

From 2020 to 2021, Justin served as a DevOps Architect at DigitalOnUs by Tech Mahindra. In this role, they acted as the primary contact between client stakeholders and engineering teams, evaluated client cloud maturity, recommended digital transformation strategies, and designed and implemented client CI/CD pipelines.

Justin also has experience working at Avanade, where they held multiple roles from 2017 to 2020. Justin worked as a Manager, Infrastructure Consulting, where their responsibilities included defining and implementing client infrastructure in Azure, building business development pre-sales solutions, and enhancing Workplace Experience (WX) through the development and implementation of strategies, procedures, and tools. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager, ITS Productivity Services - Global Engineering Lead, Senior Consultant, Productivity Services Lead - Americas, and Senior Consultant, Client IT Ops.

Earlier in their career, Justin worked at Infusion as an IT Team Lead, North America, where they mentored and led the North American IT team, implemented infrastructure and service automations globally, and collaborated with stakeholders and leadership to achieve IT project results. Justin also worked at HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc. as a Manager of Information Technology and Coordinator of Information Technology, where they were responsible for strategic technology decisions, managing and improving help desk systems, and initiating and leading custom developed solutions to improve internal processes and systems.

Justin M. attended Sheridan College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in IT Support Services with a focus on Information Technology. In terms of certifications, they received the following:

- In October 2019, Justin became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.

- In October 2018, they obtained an ITIL v3 certification from PeopleCert.

- In March 2012, Justin achieved the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification from Microsoft.

- In October 2010, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft.

- In December 2021, Justin obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- In December 2019, they earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft.

- In May 2021, Justin became a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp.

Justin also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft twice in December 2019.
