Claudia Barnes

Claudia Barnes is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in instructional design and development, currently serving as the Senior Training Design and Development Manager at INNIO Group since November 2018. Claudia leads a team supporting over 6,000 learners and frequently delivers a company-wide presentation skills course. Previous roles include Senior Training Program Manager and Training Programs Manager, with responsibilities in enhancing the effectiveness of technical training and overseeing global Train-the-Trainer programs. Prior to INNIO, Claudia held various training leadership positions at General Electric and GE Energy, focusing on e-learning and technical training. Claudia's early career includes time as a ski instructor and a sabbatical of world travel, complemented by educational qualifications from the University of Cambridge and Pädagogische Akademie des Bundes in Tirol.
