Jim von der Ehe has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Jim started their career at John Deere in 2004 as a Performance Engineer, where they focused on developing performance calibrations for 4.5L and 6.8L engines. In 2006, Jim joined GE Power as a Development Engineer. During their tenure, they created performance calibrations for various engines and applications and ran technical data tests.
