Olaf Peters

Olaf Peters has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Olaf is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at INNIO Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Olaf served as the HR Director at NKD Holdings GmbH, where they played a key role in driving HR initiatives to support the company's sustainable and profitable growth. Olaf also worked as the Interim HR Director & HR Transformation Consultant at ZENTIVA GROUP, A.S., PRAGUE, leading the transformation of the company after its acquisition by Advent International. Olaf has also held HR leadership positions at Thalia Bücher GmbH, Maxam Deutschland GmbH, MKM Mansfelder Kupfer and Messing GmbH, and Pharmexx GmbH. Additionally, they worked as a Partner at WP Management Solutions AG and as an Executive HR Partner, providing HR consulting and interim management services. Olaf Peters completed a Diploma in Business/Managerial Economics at Bielefeld University from 1983 to 1990. Later, they attended the Institute for Systemic Consulting in 2003-2004, focusing on Systemic Consulting.
