Shuyan (Lexy) Chen, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience in planning, logistics, and supply chain management. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Supply Chain Specialist at Empowerment Technologies Inc. from February 2021 to November 2021.

In their previous roles, they worked at China Energy Engineering Group Co. Ltd. where they served as a Logistics Specialist from April 2017 to June 2018. Shuyan (Lexy) also worked on specific power plant projects, including Guzhou Xingyi Qingshuihe 90MW Power Plant from February 2016 to April 2017, and Gansu Jiugang 90MW Power Plant from July 2014 to February 2016.

At the start of their career, Shuyan participated in the Management Trainee Program at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD from May 2013 to November 2013.

Shuyan (Lexy) Chen, MBA, PMP has a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Shenyang Aerospace University, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Supply Chain Excellence from Coursera and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, both obtained in 2021.
