Stephen Drew

Stephen Drew is an experienced professional in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Managing Director - Retail and Director of Retail Operations at The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company Ltd since February 2018. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Operations Manager at YO! Sushi from January 2017 to February 2018 and at G1 Group PLC from April 2015 to December 2016. Stephen began their career in operations and training at The Diner (UK) between January 2011 and March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing front-of-house restaurant operations and staff training. Stephen holds a degree in Art of Leadership from EHL and completed secondary education at Mearns Castle High School.
