Rafael Vallejo III

Rafael Vallejo III is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving at Innisfree Hotels since October 2016. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Grand Heritage Hotel Group, where Rafael modified and established successful food and beverage programs, and at Holiday Inn, where a new culinary program was implemented for a renovated hotel. Rafael's culinary journey began as Cook 1 Trainer at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, showcasing excellence in menu creation and food preparation across multiple outlets. Prior experience as Sous Chef at both The Atrium and Foundry Inn Park & Spa involved managing culinary staff and overseeing kitchen operations. Rafael holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Gwinnett Technical College.
