Thomas Bachmann

Thomas Bachmann has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Thomas started their career at Commerz Financial Products as a Derivative Accountant in 1996. Thomas then worked as an HR Officer at Raab Karcher GmbH from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they served as an HR Manager at Industrieplanung Fischer AG from 2001 to 2006. Bachmann then joined Schnabel Academy and held multiple positions including Head of HR, Organization and IT from 2007 to 2009, Managing Director from 2009 to 2011, and Managing Director / Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2011. Thomas also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at SCHNABEL AG from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Bachmann worked as a Senior Client Partner at Shark Executive Search, and later joined Innocean Worldwide Europe GmbH as the HR Director for Europe in the same year.

Thomas Bachmann attended Justus Liebig University Giessen from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. Their studies focused on HR, Orga, Business Management, and Finance.
