Bay Scoggin is a State Policy Advocate at the Innocence Project, working to change states' policy to prevent wrongful conviction and ensure a more equitable criminal justice system. Prior to this, Bay has held various positions including Director at Texas Public Interest Research Group, Field Director at California Democratic Party, and Peace Corps Volunteer. Education includes a Bachelor's degree from Emerson College.
