Brian McGuire

Brian McGuire has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Brian currently holds the position of Sr. Director Sales & Business Development at Innocoll Biotherapeutics since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director at the same company from February 2022 until April 2023.

Before joining Innocoll Biotherapeutics, Brian was the Principal Owner of Sergeants For Veterans LLC from June 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they focused on initiatives to support veterans, including programs for military veterans and their families.

From December 2017 to June 2021, Brian worked at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. as the Sr. Director, Marketing, Strategy & Corporate Development. Brian played a crucial role in the acquisition of MyoScience Company and its technologies, as well as developing the commercial strategy for cryoanalgesia device used in peripheral nerves.

Prior to that, Brian held various positions at Progressive Orthopedics, Corentec, Stryker, Medtronic Brain and Spine Therapies, Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, General Motors Corp, and Visiting Nurse Health Care, showcasing their diverse experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management roles.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong track record of driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, leading teams, and achieving successful outcomes in the healthcare industry.

Brian McGuire earned a High School Diploma from Christian Academy in Japan, where they studied from 1973 to 1985. Brian went on to complete their undergraduate studies at Anderson University from 1992 to 1997, earning a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work). Brian then pursued further education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from 2000 to 2002.
