Rashmi Abeysinghe

Rashmi Abeysinghe is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the HR domain. Currently serving as a Lead Associate in HR at Innodata Inc. since March 2022, Rashmi has previously held positions including Human Resources and Admin Assistant at Aqua Technologies (Pvt) Ltd Sri Lanka and Human Resources Assistant at Komuthi Engineering Services. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Junior HR Executive at JFS Holdings and an internship at the Bank of Ceylon. Rashmi's expertise encompasses recruitment processes, conducting interviews, job advertising, resume screening, and client coordination, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
