Janne Heikkinen

Janne Heikkinen is the Executive Vice President, Products and Services at Innofactor. Prior to their current role, Janne served as the Head of Product Management for Surface at Microsoft from May 2014 to May 2015. In this role, Janne was responsible for product planning and incubation of new products and categories for the Microsoft Surface portfolio.

Janne has also held the role of Head of Products, Connected Devices at Nokia from January 2000 to April 2014. In this role, Janne had global responsibility for Nokia’s tablets, accessories and SW experiences including product management, product strategy, portfolio mgmt, product planning, roadmap, concepting, product definition, variant mgmt, requirements, design and execution.

Some notable accomplishments during Janne’s time at Nokia include leading the product team and global launch execution for Nokia’s first Windows based tablet with integrated LTE, the Nokia Lumia 2520, as well as delivering a differentiated SW experience with 1st party applications SW team, Nokia SW teams and leading 3rd party SW partners.

Janne Heikkinen's educational career includes a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, Nordtek Exchange Student at Chalmers University of Technology, and certification from The Wharton School in Executive Education, Mergers and Acquisitions.

They are on a team with Jufo Peltomaa - CTO , Vesa Syrjäkari - EVP, Business Development and Operational Excellence, and Markku Puolanne - CFO. Their manager is Sami Ensio, Chief Executive Officer.
