Axel Gluth

Axel Gluth has over 25 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as Senior Team Lead in Office-IT and System Administration at InnoGames GmbH since October 2016. In this role, Axel leads multiple teams of Linux sysadmins, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes excellent results. Prior to this, Axel worked at Elbe Kliniken Stade-Buxtehude GmbH for 18 years as an IT Project Manager and System Administrator, where responsibilities included the design and operation of all IT systems.
