Demetrio Tondella

Demetrio Tondella is a Growth Strategist and Chapter Lead for Italy at Innoleaps, specializing in corporate innovation for B2B and B2C clients in the FMCG and energy sectors. With extensive experience as a Startup Coach and Mentor for over 100 startups at Startupbootcamp and various accelerators, Demetrio focuses on growth hacking, customer development, and Lean Startup methodologies. Additional roles include being a guest lecturer at ISTUD Business School, guiding students in digital analytics, and previously serving as Head of Social Media Marketing at Rock Mission. Demetrio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Università degli Studi di Torino and is currently pursuing a Growth Strategy Certification at POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
