Marta Castán

Marta Castán currently serves as Creative Director at Startupbootcamp, a global accelerator focused on mentorship and investment for startups, since September 2023. In addition, Marta holds the position of Chapter Lead Design & Creative at Innoleaps since March 2021, where responsibilities include aiding global corporations in developing and scaling new ventures. Previous experience includes roles such as Creative and Graphic Designer at Studio Castan and a brief tenure as a Graphic Designer for Fundació Esclerosi Múltiple. Marta's graphic design expertise has also been demonstrated through various positions, including work with Ciclica, Universitat de Barcelona, and ANDOR HOME SL. Marta is pursuing a Master's degree in Strategy and Creativity in Advertising at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, with a Grado in Design from Universitat de Barcelona, complemented by studies in graphic design at the University of the West of England and a foundational education at IES Joan Boscà.
