Thejaswini Balaji is an experienced professional with a robust background in process consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Process Consultant at ShikshaLokam since July 2022, Thejaswini also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Inytu Inc, a Bengaluru-based business services company focused on enhancing the global competitiveness of Indian industries. Additional roles include Principal of IMS and Standards Practice at Innomantra Consulting Private Limited and previous positions as Vice President at Iron Lady and Project Consultant at Hasiru Dala.
