François Lemay has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. François started their career in GlaxoSmithKline in 1990 and held various commercial roles until 2003. François then became the Business Unit Director for Oncology and HIV, leading sales and marketing teams as well as serving as a board member of a joint venture. Lemay joined Pfizer in 2010 as a Senior Brand Manager, responsible for strategic planning and brand development. In 2013, they moved to Innomar Strategies, where they served as a Director and later, Senior Director, in the Strategic Partnerships and Customer Experience departments. Overall, Lemay has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, brand management, and customer experience.
François Lemay earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Université de Sherbrooke, which they attended from 1984 to 1987. François later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Molecular Modeling at the same university from 1988 to 1990.
