Nicole Hutchinson

Nicole Hutchinson has a strong background in strategic sourcing and procurement. Nicole started their career at CIBC as a Manager of Strategic Sourcing, where they led the development and negotiation of complex contracts and maintained relationships with major suppliers. In 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Category Manager, where they built and maintained relationships at various levels and implemented new sourcing tools across the organization. Nicole was then promoted to Canadian Category Lead, responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and introducing a supplier diversity program. Nicole is currently working at Innomar Strategies as Director of Negotiated Agreements and Contracts.

Nicole Hutchinson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University.
