Steven Hopwood-Jones

Steven Hopwood-Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Innomar Strategies since February 2014, Steven leads large, diverse teams and oversees cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient services and operational efficiency. Previously, Steven worked at Manulife Financial, progressing from Disability Case Manager to Supervisor of Individual Insurance, where responsibilities included managing productivity and client relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Athletic Director and Kinesiologist at The Canada Border Services Agency Learning Centre, designing fitness programs and promoting health education. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University and has a strong foundation in natural sciences from John Abbott College.
