Javier Santillan

Javier Santillan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Javier most recently served as the Director of Human Resources Mexico at Innophos since October 2017. Prior to that, they worked at BASF as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos from May 2010 to October 2017. Javier has also held positions at Dana Holding Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner/HR Manager, Johnson Controls as the Jefe de Relaciones Industriales/Human Resources Manager, Grupo IMSA - APM (Division IMSA Acero) as a Coordinador de Sistema de Trabajo, GE Lighting as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation as a Quality Engineer/Quality Systems Engineer.

Javier Santillan has a master's degree in Administration and Business Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Technology Jobs Careers, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Javier has obtained certifications in "Non-verbal Language for Leaders" and "Digital Transformation: The Role of Human Resources" from LinkedIn, which they achieved in March 2019.
