Rick Knight

Rick Knight is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a diverse background spanning over three decades in electrical and controls engineering, project management, and training. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Innophos since August 2020, Rick previously held roles such as Engineering Manager at ARC Automotive and Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer at Orbital ATK, where responsibilities included ensuring process safety compliance and overseeing high-speed manufacturing systems. Additional experience includes managing multiple projects as a Project Manager at MW Services and leading their own consulting business, Knight Lights, where Rick developed expertise in project cost controls and OSHA regulations. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical/Controls Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, alongside Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
