Wilma Harris has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in the chemical industry. Wilma served as VP of Human Resources at Innophos Inc since August 2004. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at Rhodia Inc, where they acted as a business HR consultant for an international, multi-site division and was involved in several divestitures and acquisitions. Before Rhodia Inc, Wilma spent 14 years as an HR Manager at Rhone-Poulenc Inc. Wilma began their career as an Employee Relations Manager at Union Carbide Corp in 1981.
Wilma Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Chemistry from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1967 to 1970.
