Ashwin Waknis

Ashwin Waknis has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ashwin is currently the VP Engineering at Innoplexus, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the AVP - Head of Emerging Technologies at Innoplexus from July 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Innoplexus, Ashwin worked at Pegasystems as the Director of Engineering from July 2017 to July 2020. Ashwin was responsible for leading engineering initiatives during their time there.

From August 2012 to June 2017, Ashwin held the role of Practice Leader - DevOps Professional Services at CA Technologies. Here, they played a key role in driving DevOps initiatives for clients.

Ashwin also gained experience in cloud services while working at Persistent Systems. From June 2010 to July 2012, they served as the Head - Cloud Professional Services, overseeing cloud-related projects.

Early in their career, Ashwin worked at Cisco Systems for over a decade as an Engineering Program Manager. Ashwin joined Cisco in September 1999 and held this role until May 2010.

Throughout their career, Ashwin Waknis has demonstrated expertise in engineering management, emerging technologies, and cloud services.

Ashwin Waknis has a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Ashwin also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Florida. Additionally, they have taken part in a Leadership Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they focused on Executive Management.
