Motoy Kuno-Lewis

Motoy is an Analyst at Innosight, where he works with companies to develop long-term growth strategies and capabilities to navigate disruption.

Prior to Innosight Motoy was in the startup industry: He first worked in Kasungu alongside Malawian entrepreneurs to help build their businesses before making his way to Boston, where he did the same.

Motoy holds a BA in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard College. There he directed the Family Meals Program, wrote for The Crimson, and played for the Bach Society.

In his free time, Motoy enjoys playing music, basketball, cooking, reading, and all things outdoors.
