Nicole Ciavola

Nicole Ciavola is a Senior Associate at Innosight and enjoys determining customer needs and the most effective ways to solve them. She appreciates working closely with clients to help them leverage their unique capabilities, or develop new ones, to serve their customers.

Before joining Innosight, Nicole worked with multiple startup accelerators such as MassChallenge (Boston) and Startupbootcamp (Miami Digital Health and Singapore Fintech), where she was able to see firsthand entrepreneurs tackling some of the world’s toughest problems.

Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and received the Outstanding Student in Entrepreneurial Studies Award. During her time, she had the opportunity to work on academic projects with real-world applications, including Otter, a neonatal medical device designed for global low-resource hospitals. She also studied abroad in the BRIC Program: Babson in Russia, India, and China, where she studied the intersection of business and culture.

Her education and work experiences have helped Nicole develop an ability to assist clients in creating both social and economic impact.
