Omika Jikaria

Omika is a Senior Associate at Innosight and enjoys working with companies to explore the unknown and identify opportunities that don’t yet exist. She loves merging strategic thinking with entrepreneurial curiosity.

Prior to joining Innosight, Omika supported the international development consulting IDinsight through a sustained period of exponential growth. She also served as an international microfinance fellow with Kiva in Cambodia. Omika started her career as a business analyst at Facebook.

Omika holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. During her MBA, Omika interned at ZX Ventures, the growth and innovation arm of AB InBev.
