Isobel Rea

Isobel Rea is an experienced professional in process improvement and energy consulting, currently serving as the Head of Process Improvement at Innova since March 2024. Previously, Isobel held the role of Managing Principal at BIP UK | BIP US from July 2019 to February 2024 and was a Principal at innogy Consulting, where projects spanned the energy value chain, particularly in retail energy and renewables. Isobel's early career includes significant roles at Bloomberg as Lead Consultant in clean energy finance and at Accenture as Senior Manager for energy strategy, working with major oil and gas companies. Isobel started in the industry as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little and as a Scientist at BG Group, building a strong foundation with an MSci in Physics from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
