Arsen Ibragimov

Arsen Ibragimov is currently the Head of Software Development at PJSC Detsky Mir, while also serving as the Deputy Head of Software Development at Innova Systems. In addition, Arsen holds the position of Associate Professor at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and has previously worked as the Head of Software Development Department at State Corporate "Rostechnologii". Arsen obtained their Master's Degree in Information Systems and Technologies and a Ph.D. in IT Security Systems from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
