João Vitor de Araújo Guilhoto, ME. ENG., MBA, MRICS, EUREM, serves as the Corporate Energy Manager for INNOVA since April 2020, achieving a 30% reduction in energy costs and overseeing a R$ 220 million investment in steam and energy generation infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Plant Engineering Manager and Project Manager at ALPLA, where João facilitated a 20% reduction in specific energy consumption, and Senior Manager at PWC, specializing in operations consultancy in power and utilities. Additional roles involved managing significant biomass thermoelectric projects at CPFL Renewable Energy and leading engineering projects at SINER Engineering. João holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and is a certified European Energy Manager.
