Alex Barron

Alex Barron has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting and Sales Operations at Innova Solutions, where they lead strategic technology and business transformation solutions for clients. Prior to that, they worked at IQTalent Partners as the Director of Recruiting Operations and also as a Practice Leader/Account Manager overseeing multiple client account engagements. Alex has also held various roles at Behavox, Uber, Globality Inc., Human API, Luminar Technologies, and Aerotek, where they contributed to talent acquisition and building teams in the technology industry.

From 2007 to 2011, Alex Barron attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship.
