Brenda Niehaus, SPHR, SCP, ICF Certified Executive Coach, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brenda'smost recent role was as a GROUP HR VP at Innova Solutions starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Organizational & Executive Talent Solutions Consultant at Niehaus Consulting from November 2021 to August 2022.

Brenda has also held various leadership positions in human resources at companies such as NCR Corporation, Allscripts, Harris Corporation, World Air Holdings / World Airways/North American Airline, Atria Senior Living Group, Concert Communications, and Photocircuits Corporation. These roles ranged from VP of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, to Director of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Brenda has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, training, policy development, and employee relations. Brenda has successfully implemented HR initiatives and processes, built and led HR teams, and provided guidance and support to executives and management teams.

Brenda Niehaus, SPHR, SCP, ICF Certified Executive Coach, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University. Brenda also completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Park University.
