Drew Nixon

Drew Nixon has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they joined Innova Solutions as a Resource Manager. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Northwestern Mutual, first as a Recruitment Coordinator and then as a Recruiter. During their time at Northwestern Mutual, they focused on evaluating candidates for success as financial representatives and ensuring the office's ability to support their professional and financial goals. In 2020, Drew briefly worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Kuna School District. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they gained experience as a Summer Staff at Trinity Pines Camp & Conference.

Drew Nixon completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Boise State University from 2016 to 2020.
