Ireli Rodríguez Barajas

Ireli Rodríguez Barajas has held various roles in human resources and IT recruitment throughout their career. Ireli currently works at Innova Solutions, where they started as an IT Recruiter in October 2021 and then advanced to the position of IT Recruiting Lead in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PwC as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Analyst from April 2018 to July 2019, and as an Onboarding Associate from June 2019 to July 2021. Ireli also gained experience as a Recruiter Coordinator at Whirlpool Mexico from January 2017 to February 2018, and as an Analyst of Human Resources at Grupo Madero RH from July 2016 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Arzyz, where they held multiple roles, including Auxiliar de Nóminas from March 2016 to April 2016, Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal from January 2016 to March 2016, and Titular Comunicación Interna from December 2014 to January 2016.

From 2009 to 2013, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Advertising.
