Joe Doyle

Joe Doyle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe began their career in 2012 as a Beat Writer for CougFan.com, covering the Washington State University Football Team. Joe then worked for Washington State University - Student Financial Services as a Communications Advisor and later became a Team Leader in Admissions/Recruiting.

In 2014, Joe transitioned to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts as a Recruiting Advisor, where they recruited and supported students in culinary arts. Joe then joined AIC as an Interim Managing Director, leading a team of recruiters and business development managers.

Joe moved to Innova Solutions in 2015 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on relationship-oriented business development and executing new master service agreements. Joe continued with Innova Solutions in 2023, this time as the Director of Business Development, where they achieved significant revenue and contractor billing milestones.

In 2022, Joe worked as a Senior Regional Talent Manager for Intelliswift Software, Inc. before joining New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series Powered by Program15 as a Senior Analyst.

Lastly, Joe has extensive experience in the sports industry as the Director of MLB Draft for Prospects Live. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in business development, talent management, recruitment, and sports reporting.

Joe Doyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Washington State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Joe holds the following certifications: a Certification from Rapsodo, Inc. obtained in January 2020, and a Scout School Certification from the Pacific Northwest Professional Baseball Scouts Association obtained in October 2019.
