Josh Hoekstra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Josh started their career as a U.S. History Teacher at Rosemount High School from 1999 to 2015. In 2010, they founded Team Bottles, a company that personalized water bottles for sports teams while promoting health by eliminating shared bottles. From 2012 to 2016, they were the owner of Teach with Tournaments, an innovative teaching method that involved using tournament brackets to study various subjects. In 2017, they joined Analysts as a Business Development Director, focusing on new business development and strategic client management.
