Kunal Arora

Kunal Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over nineteen years. Kunal is currently the Director of Operations at Innova Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kunal was the Associate Director of Operations at Innova Solutions from March 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Innova Solutions, Kunal worked at Sopra Steria for nearly eleven years. Their most recent role at Sopra Steria was as a General Manager from January 2019 to February 2021. Kunal also served as an Associate General Manager, Onshore Client Manager, Service Delivery Leader, Senior Manager - Operations, and Service Manager - Operations in various periods between October 2010 and September 2018.

Kunal also gained valuable experience working at EXL Service for seven years. Kunal held roles such as Manager - Operations, Lead Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager, Workforce Management Resource, and Customer Care Executive from April 2003 to November 2010.

Additionally, Kunal worked at Hero ITES as a Senior Customer Care Executive from October 2002 to March 2003 and at INOX Global Services Ltd. as a Customer Care Executive from October 2001 to September 2002.

Kunal Arora's education history includes several accomplishments. In the year 1997, they completed their Senior Secondary education at Montfort School, with a focus on Commerce. Kunal then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree at Delhi University from 1997 to 2001, specializing in Accounting, Mathematics, and Management.

From 2006 to 2008, Kunal attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and earned a Post Graduate Diploma, specifically a C-PGDBA (HR) degree. Following this, in 2009 and 2010, they studied at both the Insurance Institute of India and LOMA, USA. At the Insurance Institute of India, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Life Insurance, and at LOMA, USA, they received a Certificate in Insurance, focusing on FLMI 280, 290, 301, and 311.

In 2014, Kunal pursued further professional development at Motorola TQMI Black Belt, where they completed a Six Sigma Black Belt program. Finally, in 2018, they attended Ui Path and acquired a RPA Foundation degree in Robotics Technology/Technician.
